Step 4: Complete the Employee Information
- Return to the Employees Screen by clicking the Employees button at the top of the screen.
- Select the new employee (eg 'George Bush') from the list on the left of the screen.
- Click the Work Details tab, then the Amend Details button. You will find the newly created grades in the Grade field
- Select the relevant grade and fill out the other fields and save the changes.
- Click the next tab (Payment Details). Most of the fields would be pre-filled, based on the grade you selected in the previous tab.
- Amend the info on this screen, as necessary (eg number of Children, dependants, extra pay and allowances etc)
- Save this and you have the minimum information to generate a report in step 5 >>
